Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Documentation on UT Southwestern & Parkland Surgeries

The blog UT Southwestern and Parkland Hospital Stories continues to fascinate me.  Click on the highlighted text to view a CMMS report that says 12 of 12 inspected records had faulty consent forms and that residents' surgical privileges weren't delineated properly in 5 of 5 cases.  

As the article in the Zemanta box below indicates, the Dallas Morning News is pursuing this story and looking for patients.
