KLEBE V. UTHSC SAN ANTONIO DECISION

This case, a retaliation, age discrimination, constructive discharge, breach of contract and deprivation of property rights lawsuit, started out some six or seven years ago.  In December 2009, Dr. Robert Klebe, a researcher at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, won a $900,000 award, which Texas law automatically cut back to $300,000.  The court documents detail a set of astounding actions taken by UTHSC-SA as alleged by Dr. Klebe and make for some fascinating reading.  Please open the links below to see for yourself.  There were many, many more petitions filed, but these two encapsulate the case:

UNT, UNTHSC, AND UNT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR COMPENSATION Please open the links below to view some Administrative Accountability Reports for the University of North Texas, the University of North Texas Health Science Center, and the University of North Texas System Administration. These reports, submitted annually to the state, list the salaries, allowances, and other compensation for top administrators. They are supposed to be posted in each institution's library.
