UT Southwestern "Social Mission" Story Making the Rounds

Dr. Larry Gentilello's lawsuit had something to say about how UT Southwestern treated minorities and the poor, as well. I doubt the study looked at that.

Dallas' 67-year-old medical school placed 140th out of 141 schools in a survey that attempted to define the social mission of U.S. medical education.

AAUP Censure of UTMB Story Growing Legs The Houston Chronicle is covering the censure now. Readers will note that the story says that I'm a representative of the Texas Faculty Association. I am no longer associated with that organization.
