What’s very amazing is both UT Southwestern and Parkland Hospital issued “press release” excuses three days to late. But not once did they address the concerns the People of Dallas are having as to the safety and quality of services at Parkland Hospital.
What became apparent on Sunday afternoon were the blog comments at Dallas Morning News reached 200 which was one of the blogs best responses ever. But the server went down on the dallashealthcare.blogspot.com blog due to the heavy volume of traffic as visitors read thru the 30+ stories that supported the Dallas Morning News article.
Neither UT Southwestern nor Parkland Hospital responded or even understood the impact the blog two blogs had on the overall impact of this story. This was a generational mismatch in communication that the older generation of Management couldn’t understand or comprehend.
